Global technology corporation FPT and Germany-based consultancy C4 GROUP recently entered a strategic partnership to further accelerate large-scale intelligence transformation for enterprises across Europe. The collaboration will give organizations a connected path from strategy to implementation and long-term operations, supported by local insight and flexible onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery.
Built around a bidirectional delivery model, the partnership enables both companies to mobilize integrated teams with shared ownership of complex transformation programs, with C4 GROUP anchoring initiatives in market understanding and local regulations, while FPT translates those requirements into scalable delivery through its AI-first approach and global network.
Together, FPT and C4 GROUP will support enterprises across the transformation lifecycle, from business and IT strategy and SAP S/4HANA programs to AI, application modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, managed services, and ongoing application operations.
Initially focused on the Energy & Utilities and Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals sectors, the two companies also plan to develop a broader collaborative ecosystem that connects industry-led consulting with technology execution at scale. This will be enabled through shared go-to-market offerings, integrated delivery teams, and sector-specific solutions, allowing the partnership to expand seamlessly across priority industries and markets.
